A car park round to the right of the pub and the pub itself stands proudly at the top of two hills, Ingate and Grove Road.

FUNDRAISING for a community Defibrillator
A defibrillator is a device that gives a high energy electric shock to the heart of someone who is in cardiac arrest. This high energy shock is called defibrillation, and it's an essential part in trying to save the life of someone who’s in cardiac arrest.
We have currently raised ALL funding and have contacted the heart foundation to have an installation, to service our communities of Beccles, Worlingham and Ellough.
The government have announced we can open and we WILL have protective measures in place, and are governed by law, strict guidelines will keep our customers safe, and anyone who disregards our policies will be asked to remove themselves.
We want the best for all of you, and for our loyal staff too!

Trevor Payne previously was in charge of up to 150 offshore workers as an OIM for many years.
Due to the changes around the family he thought Mrs Payne was crazy to even think about purchasing a pub.
However, his responsibilty towards the darts teams and maintenance has proven absolutely a necessity!
Corey Payne previously worked as a salesman in a well known outlet, not wanting management, he left to pursue University and then returned due to family commitments, residing at the pub, he has since proved invaluable to work behind the bar, staff and in cellar management and cocktails.
